March 2 – 4, 2023. Lyman NH.f

Thursday through Sunday cold acclimation intensive training/mountain summit in NH. Cold acclimation, breath-work, ice-plunges, outdoor sauna and a mountain summit.

Without easy access to the resources of this primitive, instinctual self, humans alienate their bodies from their souls. Most of us don’t think of or experience ourselves as animals. Yet, by not living through our instincts and natural reactions, we aren’t fully human either. ~ Peter Levine

Are you looking for an adventure? Learn to expand the boundaries of what you think is possible, reconnect with community, and heal your mind and body and mind with a journey into the Good Stress Method.

WHAT TYPES OF ACTIVITIES WILL THIS EVENT INCLUDE?

This retreat is designed to make you feel alive again. Our healing, yin style classes will ground you. You’ll feel the natural quickening of your breath and discover a deep sense of heightened energy and clarity as you step into an ice bath. Transformative breath work practices will help reconnect you to your highest sense of self and show you the path toward deeper exploration and understanding. You’ll feel the full body sense of relief and instantaneous easing of anxiety as you step out of the sauna and into the cool mountain air of New Hampshire. And you’ll experience an indescribable rush of primal strength as you learn how to channel your hidden super-powers in order to summit a mountain with little protection. And best of all? You’ll connect with a vibrant community of extraordinary individuals who all share your love for adventure, connection and exploration.
