Intro to Good Stress
Looking to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being? Our Intro to Good Stress workshop is perfect for you! This workshop will introduce you to the concept of good stress and provide you with simple, cost effective tools and techniques to manage your mood and reduce the negative effects of stress in your life.
You’ll start by practicing a guided psychedelic breathing session to let go of old patterns, then move on to stress reducing indoor nature meditations, a hot yoga class, and simple nervous system calming exercises with ice.
This workshop is suitable for anyone looking to improve their well-being and reduce stress.
Required Props for Online Participants: A thick hoodie and sweatpants, a houseplant, and ice
